Great service food was only fair cold fries Reuben sandwich was only so so

I was there this morning and I really enjoyed my experience! Food was great, service was great and the new manager did an amazing job. He was walking around making sure everything was fine. I like how you can see the managers on the floor helping :)

I have to say I'm not too pleased with this place. When we walked in, every table had been dirty except for one in the very corner. When we sat down, it took around 10 minutes before we seen a waiter. Now granted our Waiter was very nice and tried his best. The food and environment on the other hand, weren't too great. Our side salads were so small you were seeing the bottom of the bowl with the first small movement of a piece of lettuce. One tomato slice and it was mushy. Most of the salad was croutons and yet they want $4? As for the fries, you spend $2.20 for a handful of mediocre fries that are cold. The burgers weren't bad, but they shoved the bacon and cheese on only half of the burger and called it good. The buns were also very shiny and greasy.. The ketchup at our table had been completely empty without a single drop inside, and the cap was disgusting. I liked the other Leo's Coney Islands around the area, and hoped this one would be even better, but unfortunately it was a disappointment and I don't plan to return to this location anytime soon.

With my order I bought a side of fries. I only received half the container for carry out and the fries were cold. I was supposed to get tartar sauce also, did not receive. Would have went back, but was hungry and ate the rest of my food which was fine.

We had disappointing experiences at Leo''s over the years and pretty much written them off until we ended up at one location with friends. The dinners there that night were unanimously voted excellent. We have since enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at another location. We're becoming believers.
