Super happy with my experiences here, he walks you through every step and makes the whole process a breeze. I was able to get my taxes prepared virtually this year which was awesome. Love the online booking as well.

We have been with Casey for a couple of years now. He is the best accountant that we have ever worked with. He works all year for us. I recommend him to my family and friends.

Casey is very helpful! I had a busy schedule and he was very flexible in finding an appointment time that worked for me. He was great at explaining all of the details and finding the best options for me to get the most money back! I will definitely be going to him every year from now on! I am usually stressed out trying to do my taxes and Casey made it an easy and enjoyable experience! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!!

I've always done my own taxes. Over the past few years, I've become self-employed and my business has been slowly growing. I had questions about my profit/loss statements and taxes. I also had questions related to building my business (e.g. buying property), personal questions related to my taxes (e.g. purchasing a house, health care costs, retirement) and finally organizational questions.nCasey was great in helping me with all these questions. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, providing me with information that I hadn't even thought of that was important for me moving forward, and was personable, generous with his time and knowledge, friendly and prompt. I wasn't really sure what to expect when I decided to get accounting help- but I can honestly say that it was the best move I could have ever made. I can really see how as my situations change, and I work towards my business/life goals, Casey will be able to help me out and give me proper guidance along the way. Thanks again Casey- can't say enough good things.

Beware!!! Not a trustworthy business.nnKC did my wife and my Taxes, for 2019.nUpon final review everything seemed fine and we were ready to move forward.nnAfter KC took the liberty upon himself to change the agreed on date for an automated withdrawal by the state and fed changing the initial date to a later point, he made a critical error.nnHis error cost me 2069.00 dollars in State income taxes that were directly debited from my account, claiming it was a software issue. I work a full time job locally as an engineer and am the sole provider and only source of income in my home. We had only lived in the state for 6 months in 2019 as my family just relocated to the area from Florida due to a sick family member. This was a pretty big error, that hit hard considering my state taxes owed was only 277 dollars. His mistake, initiated the State of Michigan to deduct 2346.00 from my checking account, and completely wiped me out unprepared or authorized for that amount. Other than a small amount of savings I had for emergencies, since we had just relocated across county we began to panic because we were not prepared for another expense like this after just relocating. This was clearly expressed to Kc.nnI have since then called KC numerous times with no recourse.nnThe first time I called him he claimed he felt bad for the mistake, but not to worry I would get my money back in 4-6 weeks. And he didn’t feel comfortable returning my money directly because he didn’t personally know me.nn6 weeks goes by, no refund, So I called again. Now he claims (after I had to call him twice before a return call ) that due to Covid the state is no longer processing returns until the end of the year, but he claimed to have good news, and that mine would be processed as he filed an amendment prior to there decision to stop processing almost immediately after the 2019 deadline of June 15. An amendment of my my 2019 taxes that he has yet to provide to me for my own personal records.. ( did he even send it in?) However Kc stated it could be up to December to receive the refund but he didn’t really know. Again he won’t directly make this right because he doesn’t personally know me.. But KC claimed he would refund the money he charged us for his services via check to be mailed somewhere around 240 dollars and would send it out immediately. He then said if it would help he would file an insurance claim with his software company to try and return the funds taken that way.nnIt’s been over 10 days since KC has said he would send the refund for his services , and I haven’t seen a credit to my account or a check, nor has he called me to follow up with any additional information on the state tax return.. Nothing to try and make this right or to prove he is a man of his word. So It appears I have to hound this guy now to try and get my money that he made a mistake on? Or call the state to find out what is going on, if they even received an amendment? I don’t even know where to start with that as again, I’m brand new to the State of Michigan.nnIn my opinion, as a business owner as well, that has lost my second income and forced to shut down my business due to Covid and the complete shut down of the live entertainment business , had I made a mistake to one of my clients or contractors , I would refunded them there money or made an attempt to make it right somehow by whatever means necessary , until it was resolved regardless if I personally knew them or not. It’s called integrity. And it’s just good business ethics.nObviously KC doesn’t run a good business.nnMistakes happen, we all make them. But it’s how you handle your mistakes that show your true character.. Judge for yourself if you would trust the Character of a person like this that Is a financial advisor and tax prep, that if they screwed you.. can you afford to take a chance with someone this careless and unconcerned? I won’t make that mistake again.. I would be cautious if your considering his services for yourself..
