Absolutely terrible service. Told me 1 1/2 hr to delver to my hour which is 15 min away. I said no problem. Took 2 hour and 15 min to arrive at my house. No apologies from driver or when I called the store 2 hours after placing my order. So when I go to let it go open up the box and the pizza cold. YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER. And this isn't the 1st time waiting this long.
Great service. Very friendly. Orders are made accurately.
Food that was right was good but half our order was wrong. The employee who took our order seemed annoyed and did not double check nor write all the instructions down. Sad because we thought we had found our new pizza place.
I usually have a good experience with Jets. We just moved to flushing and were thinking Jets was going to be our new place. But today our pizza was very messed up, not a huge deal, I called in to ask if they could remake it and I'd bring the messed up one back.... And I was very surprised to have the manager be very rude to me, and was annoyed that I asked them to remake my pizza, and made it clear that is all he could do for me(which I wasnt asking for anything more). Over all very disappointed with the customer service, and not sure if I'll be returning.
Ordered by text & received a discount. Order was ready at the they said it would be. Good communications from the store.
