The pizza was good but I when I was eating a piece and I noticed a black thing in the pizza. I picked it out and it was a bug. I am horrified by this. I don’t think I’m gonna eat there for a while.
The pizza was hot and fresh when I got it. It was very good and the service was on point. But when it gets busy, the wait could be overwhelming
Called and ordered a carry out 35 minutes ago, 1 lg pizza & 1 order of bread sticks and my order is still not ready. I was told that it would be another 15- 20 minutes. They could have offered me a drink for waiting in the heat of the day. Everytime it is something. This store definitely needs a better manager, poor quality service, we need a better pizza place who takes pride in their work and take better care of the customers. Just got my food it took over an hour just to get a carry out order
I am very disappointed with the meal I purchased at the Hardinsburg Pizza Hut!! I placed a order for over $70.00 and the pizza crust was so tough that it wasn’t even cut!! Also, paid for extra toppings and they were left off!!
Would be nice if they delivered, makes little to no sense why not..that's a minor inconvenience..we live 2 minutes away from this place and don't always have a vehicle available to drive there it'd take 14 minutes to walk there and 14 minutes to walk back. Which can be difficult when one of us has asthma. Other then that, the pizza is good.
