Nice facility with new state of the art equipment. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience in the field. There is a small are with turn in the center as well.
Been with Todd for 9 months and he's been amazing! He listens to what the needs of each client wants and needs. He's super supportive and really pushes people to do their best.nnIf you are looking for classes or personal training....Todd is the person to go to!
Everyone is friendly and the facilities are spotless. I love the purple beet smoothies available after the workout!
