My client bought a home with a brand new roof installed the week before the home closed. This company did the roof, and in months the house has multiple leaks and no contact has been made with the owner of this company. I’ve called multiple times on my clients behalf. No response. Do not hire a company for roofing if you can’t get a callback or a guarantee of quality. Nice folks don’t deserve to be treated this way. It seems the only 5 star rating was written by the company owner!
Barry did a new roof for me a couple of months ago. He and his crew were fast and efficient. I would hire him for more jobs on my house when the opportunity arrives.
This guy is some piece of work. He talks a lot but doesn’t follow through. He doesn’t finish jobs, he leaves tools and material at the clients house for months on end. He’s about as worthless as they come!! Buyer beware of this low life.
Barry did roofing work for me this (2017) summer. In July he said he would be back in Sept to complete more needed roofing work. I called him mid-Sept and he said he would be back in 2 weeks. It is now mid-Nov and I have not heard from him. I took him at his word and waited. Now it is too late to get anyone else to do the work until next year. What if my roof starts leaking over the winter?
