The old growth woods were beautiful and so peaceful the day we were there. Knocking a point off though for the lack of outdoor informational signage around the lumbering museum area. A lot of interesting looking old lumbering equipment sitting outside without a single sign about what we were looking at. If you visit off season or on a weekday when the indoor museums are closed as we did, do your research ahead of time.

Great park. There are several mountain biking/hiking trails. There are a few black bears that hang around the area. Maybe make noise if walking/biking. The bathrooms & showers are well kept. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

The old growth forest is beautiful. We visited during the winter. The path is not cleared during the winter, and was covered with ice. We look forward to visiting again.

Love the trip into the past with the lumber camp display. Many trails to explore the outdoors. I have yet to take any of the guided adventures.

can't wait for the building to open back up. Bird still at feeder outside, just might have to bring your own bird seed.
