Tried to cover rust with black primer on all there vehicles
The people here are awesome. We bought our Expedition from them and had a few issues trying to get it home. They helped us out and made the issues right before we finally left. I will be referring everyone I know to buy a car from here. You WILL NOT find a better used car dealer anywhere
Before going there I read reviews on both ends of the spectrum, so I knew what to expect. I agree with those who rail about the friendliness as well as with those who claim you’ll buy a lemon. There’s a reason these cars are priced like they are and like most car salespeople these folks will tell you the truth without showing all their cards. If you don’t know your stuff you’ll easily feel like you were ripped off. But after buying a car there Monday and having it blink out on the freeway, I poured $1700 (?!) more into it and I’m finally happy.
I purchased a good GMC Yukon that supposedly belonged to big Joe previously. It's a great truck other than the fact that the brakes completely failed on my 2nd day of driving it and almost got me killed. It is going to cost me at least 400 to fix. Realize the vehicle was sold as is, but youd thing that they would check the brakes before selling...
Big Joe is a great guy! He disclosed everything prior to me making the drive and held the vehicle on my word with another customer in front of him. When i arrived, there were no surprises .That kind of honesty and trust you just don't find anymore. Very patient and just good old fashin great service! Looking forward to shopping here in the future. Keep up the great service! Thanks again.
