My tax professional Jan was exceptional a 5 out of 5. But the secretary that I had to do business with over the phone this evening was utterly terrible with her telephone manners. Her attitude was deplorable and now I'm considering going to another tax company. My grandmother owned and ran H&R Block of Clare many many years and she would have never spoken to anyone this way. I had not mentioned this as she has since passed of cancer. But I hope they find someone with a smidge of kindness or compassion when on the phone with future clients.
