I’ve been shopping in Charlevoix since I was a little kid and I have LOVED this store for years. It has a great selection of clothing and cute accent pieces everywhere (maybe not the lawn jockey holding baby clothes... not something I expected to see and it did make me uncomfortable). My issue with the store is that they appear to be removing the brand labels from some of their clothing which is so frustrating because 1) I would love to find similar clothes from the same brand sometimes 2) there’s no longer any wash instructions on the clothes 3) it’s annoying getting scratched by the remaining pieces of the obviously cut tag 4) it’s just weird.nAgain, they have great clothing— very well curated to fit their French aesthetic, but it just left such a weird feeling when I realized almost everything I tried on had tags that had been cut off.
Best soap ever. The scent is unbelievable and the sponge in the soap.is perfect! bought my 8 bars! Great for gifts also
This a particularly friendly place for women to shop while in Charlevoix. My wife (and I) have had many great experiences here3. Always find very attractive items priced at value levels. Friendly, well-trained staff very willing to offer suggestions and helpful advice. Unique offerings impossible to find elsewhere. Love this store!!
Visited this store May 2019. It is the nicest store in town. Everything displayed so nicely. Quality. Staff so friendly. Love the exterior. Can hardly wait to revisit Charlevoix.
I had a tiny stroller and two well behaved kids and they wouldn’t let me even come inside the store. Said they don’t allow strollers! I couldn’t believe it. Any mom knows that it’s very difficult to remove a child and all bags from a stroller just to go in a store. They should really reconsider this “policy”. I don’t think I will be supporting this local store in the future as, obviously, they are not very welcoming or inclusive.
