My friend (who happens to be a girl) was shopping for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee. She contacted the dealer via email. They had an advertised price of $52,629 after rebates and discounts. The only rebate showing was the national consumer cash which everyone qualifies for. They offered her a price that was over $2,000 more and said they couldn’t go any lower. Stock #20J95 if anyone is curious. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was blatant. I’ll delete if someone can explain what happened.nnFollow up: Since the only applicable rebate was a national offer, how does her state factor into pricing? Dealer discounts are just that, dealer discounts. State of residence would not play a role. I am just looking for a real answer here. If there is no disclosure related to discounting, there is no justification for not offering it.

Another local dealership told me one rear brake pad was at 1 mm. Took vehicle to Fox and they found that the rear pads were at 5-6 mm. Honesty at Fox saved me from unnecessarily replacing rear pads. Thanks Ryan, Jason and crew!
