We got charged $74.00 overdraft fee for a $6.00 overdraft! Our bills didn't post until Tuesday and one was accidentally paid out of the wrong account. I have the mobile app and have the notifications on. We didn't even get a notice that we have overdrafted, just that our account was in the negative and we're IMMEDIATELY charged $74.00. Most banks give you until the end of that business day before processing the fee! Needless to say, we will be looking for another bank in the very near future!
I was told in order to cash a check there I needed to open a account with them. Now that I opened the account I'm unable to deposit my checks in the account without cashing it fist and them taking a fee out & then depositing it in my account. I called for an understanding of what account I have and why it works this way & the woman had a very disturbing attitude and didn't explain to me the account differences. All in all I never have a good experience with this branch since I've started banking with them!
