Worst drive through layout I have ever experienced.
Omni Community Credit Union is a great credit union in our community. The only downside is its location next to the Arbors of Battle Creek. I'm surprised with all the crime that is going on in the Arbors that Omni hasn't been the victim of an armed robbery. Overall, OMNI has a great staff and the line is pretty quick.
Omni is wonderful. Not only do they handle all the usual things that a credit union or bank would, but they are also willing to work with people and help them get to where they need to be in life. I will never leave on me and certainly would never go back to a Big Bank.
My husband I've been members of this CU since 1990 and have never had any problems. Everyone is helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I would and have recommended it to anyone looking for a good place to handle your banking needs.
The employees are always so friendly! I live in Portage and I am grateful that OMNI is in Milwood. I will always be happy they are much closer. I used to go to the one on West Main.
