Sales staff was very informative and patient! Spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences and letting us look at different models. Pricing is competitive .

I had been looking for a camper for about 4 months. I stopped into Krenek when i was camping with family near by in St joe. The sales executive Bill Mashak was more than helpful, and really responsive to all my questions during my sale. I think responses after a sale is very important, and how timely those responses fare is even more important. Bill has been great with questions i have had after purchasing and picking up the trailer. He has kept in touch through email, and continues to follow up with his sale.nnThe service department was also extremely helpful while i waited for my equalizer hitch to be put on. I had one of the girls walk with me in the store and explain all the parts i would need for my new trailer, and why i needed each one. They quoted me 2-3 hours to put my hitch on, and for my final walk through. they finished everything within 2 hours, and were very detailed about my walk through.nnThere is not one bad thing i could say about purchasing from here, and i will be sure to refer all my friends, and family to purchase from here.

The absolute worst customer service in the RV industry I have ever had. Bought a new Heartland Cyclone toy Hauler from them and it took three trips after purchase to finally bring it home. Twice we were scheduled to pick it up and drove nearly an hour and a half and no one called to tell us it wasn't ready. And when we did finally bring it home it still wasn't right. We found it advertised on another web site for 2,000 dollars less than the price it was advertised for the day we bought it but they refused to honor their own advertising. If it wasn't for the fact that it was the floor plan we wanted and the only one around for many many miles I would of walked away on several occasions. In the office when closing the crooked deal (my fault should of walked)nthe owner stood over my wife and I and belittled me and made faces. His wife called him out on that and I walked out. My wife continued to listen to the bs for a few and then we left without our RV again.nJust don't do it! Period!

We needed some work and repairs done but they told us either they didn't do it, told us to find the parts somewhere else or they couldn't get to us until late September. I'll take my business to Gander outdoors up by Grand Rapids.
