It's not a bad place, a little behind in some ways no TV , you have to bring back dirty towels to get clean ones! It is a nice place and you can camp out.
We have stayed numerous times there are always very clean. But they are a little outdated some more than others. The ground was very uneven I almost twisted my ankle. The pool was nice. The location close to the lake is awesome. I gave it 3 stars because they need to be updated.
Love love love every single thing about the resort. So beautiful and peaceful. Only one thing...which is a very important thing. And also easily fixed. The water made me gag and almost vomit when i brushed my teeth, took a shower or just rinsed our feet off at the end of the night. Isn't there some east remedy for this? Rustic is one thing but pukey stinky water is another. As much as I hate to say it that is a huge dealbreaker. Sucks because nice folks and beautiful grounds.
There was guy not friendly and threatened us. It is very rude. Also put mouse traps inside of our cabin. it’s disgusting and saw a mouse get trapped. The cabin was very stuffy and uncomfortable without air conditioning and water smells a little funky.
I love it!!! So fun for the kids and familys!!!! You could stay up all night without anyone bothering you.
