One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I've lived in bigger cities Ft. Wayne, Cincinnati, Mishawaka... this is by far the best location. They are fast and the order is always accurate. They are accommodating and represent our little community quite well. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do in the middle of a pandemic!

Food is and always has been very good here. Orders are always right here. If you ask for something special they are accommodating. Friendly and fast service. This is my go to macs even though we have one closer to our home. Thank you Lake Orion MacDonalds for all your service,smiles and good food!!

This McDonald’s has truck parking and I called ahead to see how I would do my order the app online was not working and I told the manager that wen I called and asked her if I could place my order on the phone and I’ll pay there she explain I have to go to the drive through I waited there and no one answered I called and told her I was there after 15 minutes waiting she got my order then I told her if they could come to the door and get my credit card to pay and give me my order as I’ve done this before in other McDonald’s she said yes than I waited 15 more minutes cars keeps coming and i didn’t hear from them I called again then she said I have to go through the drive through where it was a line with a lot of cars and I told her it’s dangerous she said oh well you have to go though the drive trough window and pay then go to the other one to get my order by the time I got my order it was cold my fries was half empty and very greasy soaked to be exact like this was done on purpose I’ve honestly never had such a horrible experience at McDonald’s since today
