Lake Side Fit has revived an old timey exercise routine: Step Aerobics! At first I was skeptical, but after two times I am a convert. It's an amazing aerobic workout where you actually sweat and because of the dance style routine, it also enhances coordination and balance. Julie the instructor keeps up the energy and calls out all the moves in a timely manner so you never need to remember the routine. And she throws in some hand weight routines to keep it fresh and strengthening. It's a great all around workout for everyone and I can't wait for next week!

Excellent facility. The layout optimizes every inch of the space nicely. My husband and I are excited that such a well appointed gym is so close to our new home!

Classes and/or 24 hr gym are both great! Lacey is fun, friendly and energetic in her classes. I love the convenience of the 24hr. Gym and the location is perfect. I highly recommend!

I had never done a fitness class before trying out Lake Side Fit. I first purchased their 2 weeks of unlimited classes so I could get a feel for what classes I liked. I was nervous at first, but now I look forward to going. The owner, instructors, and members are all very kind and supportive. They offer a wide range of classes which you can book online. You can also choose from different membership options or you can purchase class passes if you don’t want to buy a membership.

Lake Side Fit is the real deal. Fantastic and supportive instructors, small class sizes with humble and like-minded people, lo prices, fun atmosphere, zero judgement, and so much more. Lacey and the rest of the Lake Side Fit crew have changed my life for the better through fitness in a short amount of time, and now I'm absolutely hooked. If you're at all curious about taking a class, and wanting to feel your best at your own pace, give Lakeside Fit a try. You'll leave sweating, smiling, and excited to go back. I'm so thankful they're right here in beautiful Bridgman!
