Horrible service, I would give it zero stars if it was available. Went there last night (7:45 pm) and it took 20 minutes. Employees had no clue what was going on. I have to imagine there was no manager on duty, if there was they need to look at firing that person. Employees had no drive or care about the impossibly long wait times. Without a doubt the worst KFC/TB I have ever been to. Avoid this place.

I just went through drive thru, was offered $1 coupon book for children’s camp. Well the coupons were not in my bag. I tried calling 4 times as I was sitting in the parking lot and no one picked up the phone. Door was locked so I was not able to access the lobby. Not cool

Went to taco bell, got a party pack tacos. Changed the order to all soft shell Supreme they only charged 1.00 more. Tacos were yummy.

I was very disappointed with the food!nnI tried to order wings. They had none. Well then she said i could get them but it would be a 15 minute wait? I thought that odd since it was the start of dinner time and nobody in line in front of me.nWell I ordered the tenders instead. YUK!!nThe were dry. Hard to chew. And mostly just a fried batter. Not much chicken!nnOn a good note the service was quick and the young lady that waited on me at the drive thru window was very nice.

Had the famous bowl was towards their closing time, it was cold and half empty. Wont be back there again.
