I placed an order online for pick-up. When I got to the store we realized I had mistakenly placed the order at the Saginaw store. Damean was so kind and helpful. He canceled my other order reordered it and put a rush on it for the inconvenience of my mistake. We have come to Hungry Howies for years and this customer service proves why.

This place's staff is so rude. I have lived in Bay city for 2 years now and everytime I have tried to order from this location they rush me cutting me off before I complete my order. The manager is also rude.
