The line was long which I understand the customer service was nice and efficient. The Big Mac's were good but the fries were horrible. They were so hard you couldnt eat them. The prices have also raised. They no longer have any deals on the burgers like they had . Overall I gave them a 3 for the prices the fries and only one sauce for 12 nuggets!!! Have to pay for extra.
Typically, I don't care for McDonald's and the one near me in Georgetown Ky always forgets something to the point I've even quit reporting it. But this place the food was good, hot, and fresh and drive through was fast.
Line was long but moved so quickly!! Faster than I could download the McD's app. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches, and 2 new $3 combos (6 piece chicken nuggets/small fries and a McDouble/small fries) and a large sweet tea. 1st off, the employee who took my order worked it around so I actually saved a couple bucks. Two of us ate for under $11!! And had leftovers!! 2nd, all the items were hot, fresh and delicious. Sometimes the McChicken sandwiches are soggy but these were fresh and crispy. It had been too long since I'd had Chicken MgNuggets and after eating mine I wondered how I ever could have gone a couple years without eating some!?! I can't remember when the last time I fed 2 people for that cheap. And it was worth every penny!!
Service could have been better.
I've been to this location 7 times and all 7 tunes our order was completely wrong.
