Does not know how to run a company at all. Tim spends 6-7 months on jobs that should take 2 weeks. He does not treat his employees the way a boss should. Tim likes to try and not pay his employees because he doesn't know to organize and prioritize jobs.

Tim is a no nonsense kind of painter. I hired him to repaint the entire inside of my house, told him to redo what was already there, only change was a lighter wall color. I was very happy with the results.
