Long time customer!nnThis place has always been good for me. Sometimes the younger employees are completely stone faced though and clearly don't enjoy their job.nnAlso, stop burning your cajun bread, it's burnt every time we get it.nnOther than that the food has been spot on and consistent.

So, I rolled in here with a coupon for a free pizza that my son got for getting in the honor roll at school. I figured they would give me the hard push to buy more stuff. Nope! Super friendly staff, very kind, and the place was really clean: everyone in masks and the counters were spotless. VERY COVID REASSURING. Good stuff here.
We ordered 4 calzones, bread stick & a pizza. Delivery time was 50 mins, delivery place was 2.6 miles from restaurant. I had to ask for the buy1 get1 deal.. One of the calzone was wrong so I called to let them know. Employee who answered phone was apologetic and got manager on phone. He was rude & told me he took order & I ordered wrong.. really a manager had to be told to give me the buy one get one deal & then be rude. Won't order from this location again. Bay Rd. In Saginaw is always polite, hot food and deals without asking..
Hungry Howie's is my favorite chain pizza in the area. Their quality is very consistent and I'm never disappointed.
