ZERO STARS!!!!! I called to set up an appointment today and was informed that to get a haircut you have to pay for a $35 package of ‘shampoo, cut, and style. As a woman with naturally curly hair, I do not want my hair shampooed or heat styled. so I asked how much it would cost for just a cut without those things added, they proceeded to tell me that even though I was NOT going to get shampooed or styled they were STILL going to charge me the $35 Because it is a “set fee”. So you’re telling me that even though I did not receive 2/3 of the services or wasn’t going to receive 2/3 of the services(of shampooing and styling) I was still going to be charged for it? I will NEVER go to this hair salon. people have preference on how they want there hair treated, You dont just get to charge people for services they DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE. Pretty sure thats frowned upon.

I am pleased with the service's at 360 Salon&Day spa. Julie cuts and colors my hair. She listens and will give you a haircut you style your hair and you surely will be pleased. Up do's for special occasions. Nail tech is awesome. Relax with a cup of coffee or tea.
