I have loved this place since i was a kid. Every time I have moved back to bay city i dump my PF membership and get a membership. I prefer local gyms to corporate ones but when I tried old town fitness I felt like i was lifting weights in the lobby of a dentist office.nnI have Amazing focus at Iron Gorilla.

Great old school gym with well maintained equipment. Primarily power lifting, heavy lifting weights and machines with bodybuilders mixed within. There's a variety of group fitness classes offered as well ranging from Kickboxing, Full-Body Sculpt, and Zumba. 24 hour access when you become a member, reasonable monthly cost and great student discount, with the option of bringing a friend with you for a small fee. Also, the parking lot has been fixed so that's good too!

Nice small sized gym. More weight focus than cardio, but the equipment gets the job done. Great student discount with 24/7 access. Not the fanciest gym in town, and the parking lot needs some work. A good place to lift, and I would rather workout here than anywhere else
