The people behind the pharmacy were EXTREMELY helpful, and very friendly. They're always in a uplifting mood. Thank you, Bay City, Michigan Rite Aid pharmacy people!!! We will keep coming back, and referring others to go there too!

I’ll keep it simple: been picking up from this place since april. Some of the people in the pharmacy are horrendous to say the very least. The female manager of the pharmacy SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE. They filled my prescriptions wrong TWICE and failed to explain quantity changes and insurance issues, they just expected me to deal with it when my monthly supply ran out 10 days early (negligible) the manager of the pharmacy YELLED at me on the phone when I asked nicely for clarification as to why my medication wasn’t filled correctly, what options I had moving forward, ect. She was so extremely rude that she YELLED to get an edge over the conversation like she was a child. That made me retort “I don’t want to pick up from your pharmacy anymore” to which she responded while yelling at me “GOOD IM TIRED OF EXPLAINING THINGS TO YOU!” To which I responded “ma’am thats your job” and before I knew it she had hung the phone up on me. I was shaking afterward. Now I’ve worked in customer service for years, I know how it can be and how people can be wrongly treated, SO I legally recorded the conversation from start to finish. I have listened to the way this pharmacist decided to talk to me repeatedly and I am more than appalled. This is a woman who practices MEDICINE AND PROMISED TO UPHOLD THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH yet she takes no responsibility for her choice of words or the way she treats human-beings who rely on her to fill their medications. If you get your prescriptions through this rite aid STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ETHICAL THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU. THIS PHARMACIST SHOULD BE FIRED AND I WILL NOT STOP RAISING MY CONCERN UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE (And the recording will be posted to the internet if I feel proper action is not taken) What goes around comes around. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED ANYWHERE NEAR THIS POOR BY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.nnDO NOT GO HERE

Rude and condescending in the pharmacy...One girl is particularly rude, but they all act like they are being bothered....dont waste your time...go to Southside Pharmacy, or somewhere where they value their customers

People in the pharmacy are extremely rude. Especially Jennifer.. Better of taking the trip to the one on Midland st. or Lafayette!

I am here visiting my family and I have a broken shoulder. My Orthopedic surgeon requested a refill of my pain medication on my behalf When my Granddaughter brought it to me I also received a supply of Narcan from them. I am seriously offended and will be following up with Coperate on Monday Aug 4th .nnOn thurs aug 8th I have reached out to corporate via phone upon reporting this incident to an operator identified only as Ben ....I repeated the incident to many ....Wows as in he was absolutely sincere to my dilemma...I'm told it will now go to a general manager, so we shall see ...So Monday aug 12th the response was the pharmacist that took it upon themselves to give me the Narcan are not actually regular employees of that store ,so an apology was given by person that called me and apparently this concludes the matter ....So terribly disappointed and will continue to tell my story and hopefully people will start using other reputable pharmacies.
