We had been looking at campers for about a month. We had been to 4 different dealerships across MI, Grand Rapids, Mt Pleasant, Midland, and Bay City. International RV of Bay City blew them all away. Great people from sales, service, to financing. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. Their service guys were great, I was able to interact with them during the process. Ready to leave and the 7 way on my truck was acting up and the service manager had 2 guys replace it immediately. I would highly recommend them. Had a VERY bad day experience at General RV, I would stay away from that dealership at all costs. We were looking at a $17,000 camper and discussing financing, the salesman came back with a higher monthly payment than I was looking for. It was $241 for 12 yrs, which loan totals out to $34,768. I said that’s high, he said “don’t worry about the numbers, just look at the monthly payment”. Lol, left shortly after that. International worked with local banks and Credit Unions, they were in the 4.5%-6% range. Way better than any other dealerships. Thanks you International RV world of Bay City for getting us the camper that fit us perfectly.

Best RV dealership around, by far. I went to General RV about a month ago and was treated extremely poor and they tried to rip me off. I've been to multiple dealerships in the Bay Area since and they were all either extremely pushy or weren't helpful at all. But then I went to International RV World and they actually care for there customers and are great to work with. They actually take time to listen to you and help you find an RV that best fits your family's needs, in a price range you can afford. I highly recommend IRV World to anyone and everyone. Thank you for valuing your customers!

While researching camper floor plans and prices online we landed on International RV World in Bay City. They had one that suited us perfectly but there was a problem...we live in upstate NY.nEven though the distance presented a problem we decided to give them a call. Spoke with Fred and Anthony to see what could be done and found they work with distant customers quite often.nAfter we agreed on a price Anthony made all the arrangements to have it prep'd and delivered in wonderful condition to our home in NY.nThey followed through on everything we had discussed to make this happen.nMany thanks to Fred, Anthony and the entire staff of RV World in Bay City.nWe are now very pleased with our 1st ever camper.nRegardsnMaurice

Have to thank International RV for great customer service! Scott B. Is awesome he met us on a holiday even though they were closed to show us a used motorhome. We did not purchase due to the interior condition and he was very understanding and never once tried pressure selling like other large dealers. I would definitely buy from them in the future!!

Cant say enough good about the quality service we received. Fred in sales, Charlie and Anthony in finance and lane in service. Thank you guys for your personal approach to how you conduct business. Really is a testament to how it should be done. No pressure sales technique really does say a lot about how much you care about your reputation.
