Very professional service! From the gentleman who came out the front door to open it and hold it for us. From the finance person, Lisa, who explained all of the paperwork quickly, but thoroughly. She was very professional and a fun person. My salesperson Renee was great as well! She was recommended by a friend, and she is highly regarded in the community as a great salesperson. She showed me everything on my new vehicle and I really appreciated that! The whole process went very quickly and I was happy to get through it fast. Steve is very patient and very thorough in explaining the process. In down time, Steve makes sure you are comfortable with drinks and snacks. Had a decent selection of vehicles in good condition at fair prices. My salesman Adam was eager to help if asked and was not overbearing trying to make the sale. He showed me the various options that were available in my price range and let me look while he waited patiently. They were very good in offering financing and explaining everything. Excellent , fast service without being pushed into buying a half dozen other things when you only wanted an oil change. I used to dread having to take the cars in for service knowing they were gonna stand at the window explaining the entire time that I'm there that I need this and that done. Being informed is good but not when its pushed down your throat the entire time your there. GRAFF is the total opposite and the price is the BEST anywhere. The guys are so friendly.
