It was actually my wife that went through the process but I appreciate her being able to walk in to a dealership and have a salesman that was down to earth and not pressuring her to buy something she didn't want. Jon was just a personable guy and straight forward. He was able to set her up in something that was practical and what she liked and found an incentive for her. She felt like he honestly wanted her to walk away happy with her purchase with no regrets. The sale and Financials were professionally handled in a friendly manner. She drove off the lot that day with her new car. So far so good on the car!
