Thelen Subaru

Finally got my dream car, the Subaru crosstrek. I've been wanting this car for years, I finally took the plunge and decided to buy one. It's so nice, wife even said... I'm going to buy a subaru next.

Very good selection of vehicles!!! Service was very good and I didn't have any problems finding a vehicle for a decent price.

EDIT: After receiving an e-mail from Mr. Thelen explaining what happened, I am revising my review. There was a misunderstanding about the brakes and filters, and I ended up being misinformed. Thank you for your transparency.nnMy husband & I own a 2017 Subaru Legacy that our son drives for work. Our son recently took the car in for an oil change & inspection. The service department not only tried to up-sell a tire rotation (that’s free at a nearby tire shop) they told him he needed the interior filters replaced (which were done by my husband recently) AND replace the rear brakes ASAP. They provided quotes for OEM and non-OEM parts and our son told them that he’d get with us about it because he’s a college student who can’t really afford major work.nMy husband ordered new brake pads & rotors and started to help our son change the pads, along with 2 other guys who regularly work on their vehicles. They held the current brake pads up to the new ones and found that the current pads still had plenty of wear on them! We plan to keep the parts since the brakes will need to be replaced, eventually.nI DO NOT appreciate your service department trying to rip off our son for their own gain. You must have assumed that he wouldn’t know any better. Thankfully we have family & friends who do. We plan to take our business elsewhere from now on. Shame on you, Thelen Subaru Service Department.

He is extremely trustworthy, honest, patient, and will take time to address all of your concerns without pressuring you in any way. I highly recommend him if he is available.

Just purchased a fourth car from here. Trustworthy and professional dealership. Anthony does a great job during the whole process. Highly recommend you ask for him when shopping for a vehicle. A very respectful and professional sales consultant that won't pressure you to make a decision.
