It has been such a pleasure doing business with this dealership. The finance manager especially, Shauna, her coworkers have been raving about the amazing work she did and just how hard she had been working for us to assist and achieve the best deal possible. We cannot thank her enough, we appreciate you all more than you can imagine. I admire your work ethic and how diligently you have been working to accommodate our needs to obtain this financing. They're nice and accommodating enough. Not hyper aggressive or pushy at all. My initial experience was a negative one until I went to other dealerships that made me feel pressured to buy buy buy.nnMellow vibes.

I was in search of a stock radio for my Honda Pilot. I replaced my alternator and my radio stopped working. The radio did not give me an option to put a code in. I thought I needed a new radio. I called the parts department and a long story short they were amazing. Saved me $$$ and got my radio working. Thank you! Great job!

A review in progress! Purchased my 2011 Honda cr-z at thelen dodge ram jeep not happy with them. Thelen Honda on the other hand has so far been very good and friendly. Came in to have my wife test drive some new vehicles. We are looking to buy in the very near future. Scott the salesman was absolutely great. Not only no pressure but he also encouraged us to go test drive other brands to make sure we were getting the vehicle she wanted. While we went and test drove he printed comparisons for some of the other vehicles we were going to look at, and not just from Honda but also what the others had that the Honda did not. Pretty sure my wife is going to get the 2021 Honda passport from them. Will update as we go!nnPs. Also getting oil change this morning on my cr-z hopefully all goes well. All did go well with oil change, quick and friendly.
