Got to use my last free tune up, Thank you to the service tunnel staff, and the service tech that worked on my Toyota venza today on 01/18. She's driving better than ever. I like how you take time and do a full inspection on vehicles, instead of just in and out. You guys are always sending me coupons in the mail for oil changes and brake pads. I'll have to stop again for my brakes in the near future.

This dealership is out of my way but its the only place I will take my vehicle. I expect top notch from them and they still have exceed my expectations every time I have needed service done on my truck. As an aside: they retain good employees which suggests the Dealership treats them quite well also. Another plus.

I can only say I have had nothing but a horrible service from Labadie. I have a brand new 2020 GMC sierra 2500hd duramax, I made an appt for the oil to be changed. I dropped my truck off the night before, they had the truck all day. I put my keys in the drop box with a description of the services I requested when I made the appt. They called me to pick it up, there was not paperwork I said what did you guys do to my truck you had it all day, I reminded him it was in for a oil change and they service advisor said oh we didn't change the oil. So I had to sit and wait till almost 8pm at night to wait for my truck to get the oil change. Talk about dropping the ball.
