Thanks for the half full fries and no drink!
I went through the drive thru and was out very quickly. They were very polite. I ordered a Mocha Frappe and it taste amazing and filled up the whipped cream. Made the perfect end to my day.
Stars. Nope I give them -5 star. Worst service ever. Should of went to the king or hell toco bell
Made a mobile order on the app for a regular meal, however the store charged me for the meal and 7 senior drinks (I am 21). I called the 1-800 line for a partial refund, they told me to call the store and ask for a cash refund and told me the store was handling it incorrectly. I don’t think this was the proper way to manage this since I made the charge on the app, along with the lobby being closed due to COVID - I can’t go in for my refund. Told me to call my bank and dispute (all for $5 by the way). Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra mile for the S Euclid location.
