Went in there and this middle aged employee with a Karen haircut was being very demeaning and inappropriate to a younger employee, loudly and in front of customers. Nobody deserves to be talked down to like that. That was today around 5:00 PM. I walked right out.

I have a problem with employee of Linda . When i came in sunday afternoon i asked her to cashed my two tickets called 20 x the cash a blue color tickets and she says the machine is down. And she gave me two sctrach off tickets, she cashed mine one ticket of $5 and i knew she did. because she scanned it when the computer is on. awhile i left to other the store. the employee told me someone cashed my ticket $5 and also cashed other ticket $25 i got money for my wife. i go back to rebel and told linda u did cashed my ticket $5 u owe me. she won't let me get my $5 back when i have won. she stolen my money! i got upset and not happy. Linda is bad employee. I knew i dont trusted her at all. Iam very angry! Because i bought 6 tickets sold in machine from meijer in bay city i bought for my wife and her mom for mother's day . I needs to speak with Jason manager tomorrow monday morning when i gets out of work by 11 am Thank you.

I gave the cashier $.9.00 2 ones and a five that was slightly ripped and 2.00 in change she rudely started to pull the five ripping it more and told me she could not take the bill she just ripped cause she was mad people wanted ice cream and she was rude to them nice customer service skills lady last time I go there
