I sent my daughter in to the store to buy a fountain diet Mountain Dew, she asked the clerk if it was diet Mountain Dew because the color was different than normal. He stated to her yes it is that is how it is made now. So she brought it home to me and it is not diet Mountain Dew so I called the store and ask if I could bring it back and exchange it for the proper one and he flat out told me no. Not very good customer Service. I go to the store all the time I promise you now I will never return to that store I will now go to 7-11
I only go for the gas to save 6 cents on a gallon. Otherwise this store is way to busy to be in.
I would give them zero if i could. Worsr customer service in bay city.
No masks on half the customers. I asked the cashier if they were enforcing masks, she said yes. So I asked why the customers ahead of me were served. She said they’re not allowed to enforce it. Won’t be back.
Average gas station with dirty restrooms and obnoxious tellers!
