Been a member for life, wouldn't bank anywhere else!
I went in there the lady wouldn't let me open a bank account there. I opened one next door at Jolt Credit Union! Way better customer service anyway. Glad I was declined (it was for the stupidest reason but eh everything happens for a reason)
I have been a member here for over 15 years! I have always been treated well, and everyone at both branches is so helpful! I just signed our 1 year old up for his account! Look forward to many years here :)
Folks here where wonderfull. Im from Colorado switching over to Michigan had to cash a check but walmart would take it went to other banks and was denied because of my Colorado ID. Got a account here and my check deposited and was able to get to the DMV to transfer my license. I appreciated these folks for there help.
After doing a Hurricane Harvey fundraiser at our school, Financial Edge on Euclid Avenue was excellent and allowing us to cash in our coins. Being that it was a charitable donation to the Houston Food Bank, their kind, generous support helped us achieve a gift for those in need. Thank you so much!
