Quick service but expensive for what was provided. I had a simple tax return that was submitted late so I knew I'd have to pay penalties and asked for them to be calculated and they ended up not able do that because the interconnected service was not up (the penalty calculation is why I went to a professional service in the first place). Had I been told they couldn't do that I wouldn't have commissioned the work.nnI ended up with completed tax forms which I mailed in (not to his fault, outside the electronic submission period) but literally could have did what he did for me for free (again, simple tax return, standard deduction) and saved myself a couple hundred dollars.nNow I get to wait for the IRS to provide the penalty instead of paying it upfront.nThis could be the norm but it wasn't a satisfying experience.

Ken did my 2020 tax return. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. Answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. The office is clean and I felt comfortable going in there during a pandemic.

Ken is amazing and professional and knows his taxes even through these crazy times!

Ken is the most unprofessional run don’t walk away from this place worst service

As a consumer I love this place. Great job completing my taxes never had an issue. As a local business owner I was a little disappointed that the business does not partake in any local marketing or community events especially when they have no cost. Building local partnerships is a key to success and I hope you realize it before its too late.
