Hands down the best brunch spot around! The quality and taste/flavor of their food can’t be beat! Farmers breakfast is my favorite, do not pass on their grits and beans! Yogurt pancakes are also phenomenal. Typically expect a wait, but it’s worth it. Can’t wait for them to reopen!

This place was recommended to us by a friend and it did not disappoint! We shared the 4 piece chicken (1/2 Piedmont 1/2 Nashville hot) and got the biscuit and mashed potatoes as our sides. Huge chicken pieces made this serving plenty for the two of us. The chicken was outstanding and flavorful, and the biscuit with honey butter reminded us of a recent trip down south. Hopefully next time we’re in town we can eat at the restaurant (they were only doing takeout), but braving the snow was definitely worth it!

Was recommended by friends to try it. Unfortunately never got to try the food. After bringing our drinks we waited 15 minutes for server to come take our order. We finally gave up and left. And it's not that it was busy, I think there was more staff in the building than customers.

Such great chicken and service. We had a great server who was friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had since moving back to Michigan. I would make the drive again just for the chicken. Love the view of the river outside, very pretty. Only compliant I would have is that I didn’t love the sides but the chicken and service alone deserve 5 stars.

Our kids took us there for our 39th anniversary. We had the fried chicken and catfish Robert it was wonderful the sides are good too the biscuits are flaky. My family was from Alabama so I know southern cooking. The maple old fashion was better than you get in Kentucky. We shall be returning in the near future, already dreaming of it. Staff was very efficient worked as a team.
