My favorite yoga studio. During the pandemic, they offer outdoor, socially distanced classes.
Wonderful studio. I hadn’t taken a yoga class in years but Teresa made me feel very comfortable. Warm and caring with thoughtful, detailed and gentle instruction. Highly recommend!
A great yoga studio for people who want a solid practice an, especially for adults over 40. Meditation is mixed in lightly with yoga postures that are done slowly, and each class is different. A positive environment, no competition and wonderful workout at a graceful pace.
Unlike the review about the yogi talking, for me that's a five star aspect of the practice. Ami relaxes us, takes out our needing to take ourselves seriously while taking the benefits of the practice very seriously. She checks with each of us each time as to our needs, can laugh, and doesn't make us feel like yoga is an escape from life, but a help with it. Her joy leads to our joy. So, yeah, if you are one for a mountain top experience where you take yourself oh so seriously, better stay away. For down to earth, keen attention to individual needs, and a time where you leave feeling you've been with a caring friend, Satya is for you. This applies to each of the yogis, all of whom I've worked with and benefited from enormously.
This is a very beautiful, wonderful yoga studio. The teachers are very kind and open, knowledgeable and fun. I have now practiced here many times and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much!
