This morning I messaged this boutique about my order that I placed on 9/12/2020 to simply ask when will it be shipping so that I will know if I need to go another route due to my husband’s birthday trip being this weekend. I do not want to assume it’s the owner that I was conversing with but whomever replied to me assumed I had not checked my email for tracking information and was extremely nice nasty in their response to me he/she even used Caps to put emphasis on a word which was very unnecessary and uncalled for. I have ordered from this boutique several times even while pregnant knowing I couldn’t fit any of the items right away and I have also referred plenty of people. I live way in Florida and have overlooked several boutiques out of state and locally to order from this one because of the prices the nice inventory and the quick shipping. I tried to explain how I felt about my experience this morning but was told it was to much for he/she to read. Whether a baby novel or short story when a customer is expressing how they feel it should be used as an opportunity to right your wrong and make it a better experience because we’re all human and have bad days but not this person. Extremely nonchalant and simply did not care.I’m upset and very surprised at the response I received because it’s simply not right at all!
