I made a purchase here in January. I couldn't try it on because of covid but the lady said as long as I had no receipt I could pay it back. I told her I would bring it back right away but she mentioned she wasn't sure they would be open because it's off season. But I went to take it back they we're not open. This is a tourist town and I do not live here. But she had also said as long as I have the receipt I will be fine. Today I tried to take it back. they would not give me a refund. Absolutely horrible service. . Flat out lying. Just beware. I'll be contacting my credit card company and they will get the charge reversed
Me and the family have been to most of the shops in saugatuck and for t-shirts big monkey is the place to go. They are very friendly, many selections of t-shirts and sweat shirts, and they will steam print it for free while you wait. How cool is that? Oh did I mention that they are the pretty cheap for being a lake shore town so if everything I just told you blows your mind check them out you won't be disappointed.
