It was 12:30 pm and service was slow to get order placed. Waited in line 11 minutes. After the order was taken, about a minute to get my order. Food was good.
Excellent service. Great food. We plan to keep coming back.
Food was nice and hot. (Grill was down, so no burgers) Disappointed the woman at the window wasn't wearing her mask over her nose. A common occurrence, I realize.
We stopped by the Wayland Michigan BK WITH 11 guys. The lobby was closed due to Civid. We had several vehicles, so we sent one vehicle through the drive through to place all 11 orders (most of which had specific requirements). Once we received our orders and delivered to the guys to eat in the parking lot, we were very pleased to find all 11 orders were as ordered and were pretty warm for having that big of an order. Today we drove up to the speaker at the Wayland BK and (only one other car in line) the voice coming from the speaker saidn'1 min.plz'nWe sat for 5 min and decided to drive around and out of the parking lot.nIt's not worth giving people your money and getting your order wrong or your fries are not warm but cold.nIt's bad enough having to ask for whip cream (or have to ask for hot food )
