Jackson's English & Western Store

I had a friend take me to Jackson's to try on some of their boots, and could not believe the wonderful customer service. It was really a nice experience, the sales people were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the boots out of the box and store them in the open air at this store, so the leather doesn't get too stiff and dry from being stored in boxes for too long, which makes all the difference. The staff even put boot conditioner on the boots I bought, to help keep them from staining. A really nice boot buying experience and the staff is so helpful. A+!

Jackson's is the best. Every time we go to the store we are greeted nicely. We feel welcomed there. Kerry always is full of knowledge when it comes tack and how it fits. She has helped us many times with fitting of show clothes. The prices are great. The 4H discount is always appreciated not to mention the several gift cards my daughter has won at shows donated by Jackson's. They give back so much to 4H and FFA.nAlyssa has helped us countless times as well again with own horse knowledge and personal experience. So blessed to have this store so near to meet all our horse needs. Keep it up gang!!! Thanks for always helping our family the way you do!!

Very impressed on my 1st visit.nMy 12 yr old daughter is here for riding boots. There is a large selection and the staff has been very helpful. Carrie approached us to see of we needed help and then she spent 15 min with my daughter helping her try on different boots while offering tips and suggestions.

Decent selection of clothes. Insane amount of boots. Good prices. Lovely people. I'd definitely recommend you go there if you need anything western.

Excellent staff and great selection! I have visited a few times and every time I go in the staff is thoughtful and they always strive to carry the best brands!
