Had my jeep go to the service department three times...... never fixed the problem, scratched my window and the inside where they installed my new radio. All they did to my jeep were updates and nothing changed, got told my emergency brake comes on because it's for safety and not to run people over??? (turned on by itself, clearly that's not right) the down shifting popping sound they couldn't figure out but within a day another jeep dealership already solved the issue. I will never go back here, waste of time. Nice people that's it!!!
First I'd like to say they are truly a company above the rest . They really care about you ,there customer . And treat you as such. Customer care ,a flawless desire to see you happy and a drive to make that happen . Where other car dealerships care totally I think on the sale they I believe just want you in what fits you an your family. They go the extra mile to see that happen. I haven’t ever trusted used car places, or mechanics shops much..but what I got here was exceptional, every issue regarding my vehicle was shown to me & explained in a clear way I was able to understand. The staff were very kind, personal & understanding people, you can tell the folks here truly do care about their customers & the service they get.
They are so nice and helpful! I totally felt at ease and welcome. I didn't feel pressured at all and all my questions readily answered. Highly recommend them!
They where very nice and informative. Took their time and answered all of our questions. Made sure we knew up front and threw every step what was going on and that we understood. Would recommend stopping in. Ari was very nice and great to work with as well as the gentleman that does their loans.
