Great experience. I called with an older vehicle problem. They gave me an honest answer on the phone, and I wound up buying another van. They gave me a great price, and told me all they knew about the vehicle. I will be buying another vehicle from them.....

Best used car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a 2014 VW Jetta with 81k miles. Within the next 1500 miles, the car started to have a running issue and the check engine light came on. Since we were outside of the 1000 mile limited warranty we got with Kennedy’s, naturally we took the car to Williams VW dealership in Lansing. They quoted us almost $2400 for a new timing chain and all the parts that go with it. Questioning these results, I decided to call Kennedy’s and let them know about my situation. They offered to come pick the car up to diagnose it themselves, so I let them. He picked the car up on a Monday night, and by Tuesday (next day) at 3pm the car was fixed! Not only that, but they offered to use the limited warranty even though I was outside of the agreed mileage for the warranty, which means they covered half the repair costs! And last but not least, they drove the car 45 minutes back to my apartment in Lansing and dropped it off for me, all within a day! Amazing experience.

My family and I have trusted Kennedy's Auto for a long time, even before the old owner sold it over to the new one. They've always been reliable, trustworthy, and do a great job. They've stood by us when we have vehicle problems, and we stand by them as well.
