I live in Alpena, and work in Lincoln. On my way to work on a Friday afternoon my exhaust got much louder than it was the day before. Upon inspecting I noticed the pipe had come off the exhaust, and knew I had to get it fixed before it fell of and possible caused an accident.nnWell I called a bunch of places to try and get in and get it taken care of, but everyone was getting ready to close. I was told by a co-worker that Rob's Towing also did mechanic work, so I took a chance and called. Man, was I lucky. They told me they would fit me in to get it done, and when I told them I was working and that I wasn't going to be out until 10:15pm they said that wasn't a problem.nnGet this. They let me drop my vehicle off, and gave me a ride back to work. Even offered to pick me up to get me back to my vehicle. I found a ride, but they also stayed up until 10:30 for me to pay and get my keys.nnI cannot stress enough how grateful I am that they took the time to get me in so late, and the price of the repair wasn't nearly what I expected it to be. Honest, hard working people. I will definitely go back.

Came out literally on a moment's notice when a propane truck got buried in our driveway and had him out in minutes. Super nice guy. Would definitely recommend rob's towing to anyone and will call again if we ever need towing.
