LOVE this BK. Always clean and the staff are awesome. Jay, Ellen, John, Rhonda, and others I do not know the names of, are always a pleasure to see there and are over the top friendly and helpful. The food here is always fresh and prepped correctly. We are frequently here (5 plus times a week) and have been for many years. Kudos to this store as it is the only one we truly love to visit.
Very friendly staff, they are also on the quicker side as well, well organized
Ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich add cheese and bacon I got a cold piece of chicken with a couple pieces of lettuce and a ton of mayo on it. I had to call and the girl that answered was very kind and she apologized brought me out a free meal voucher and apologized again and said I'm sorrywe are cooking you up a fresh chicken sandwich just the way you want it. And when she brought it to me she threw in a large fry no charge. That is how you handle a mistake
It was busy so we weren't upset about the missing food. What upset us was the fact the 'managager' told us that they dont make mistakes. That we got the food we ordered and continued to tell us we were lying. Again, we weren't upset about the burger. The terrible customer service is what truly upset us. We paid $40 (3 kids, 2 adults). We just wanted what we paid for.
The staff was courteous & fast with my order.
