I would give you one star but two is for the memories....nnIv been going here for over 12 years, half of which held a commercial account with old car quest. The old staff was great Chris is great Rick is amazing and of course honorable mention for Eric.... And few others. This new staff is a joke karen should have stayed fired from dexter and younger guys should have taken job at walmart and other washed out mechanic staff whom not happy with should switch careers. Its been fun sorry but time for a change.
Selling stuff in store for more then double what it is advertised for. 85 dollars vs 40 online and at other advanced autos. Refuses to price match. Good way to take advantage of customers. UPDATE: went to a different store after I got off the phone with Chris the manager. He was very rude and could care less on what I was trying to tell him, told me to deal with it and his store is not perfect like I am? Never said I was perfect I was just looking for a little more info as to why your store is double pricing items. This all would of been avoided if the girl at the front counter took the time to check when I asked, because in the system it was 42 dollars, there shelves were marked wrong to begin with. Won’t be shopping at this store in the future.
