Ms. Grout was a fantastic tax lady! Well versed in the tax language and had the utmost professional demeanor. I will be back again next year!

My appointment ended up being an hour and a half and she put up with me and didn't give up there I'd always slit off stuff that I have to go thru to do my taxes every year and she was very patient with me and we eventually got it done...

Jenny Plum, was amazing. She made everything simple and effortless. She was so full of information. She even went above and beyond by giving me information for help that was not tax related. I will keep coming back to Jackson Hewitt for years to come.
