....Around May or June of this year I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger at this car lot. I put 2,800.00 dollars down. The car was 7,500.00. Two months after I bought it I was coming home from work and the engine went completely out of it.. I had to pay a towe truck to bring it to a mechanic to get a new engine put in. My warranty paid for a new engine to be put in but it took way too long and I lost my job of four years. I finally got my car back from the mechanic and started a new job. Last Saturday, I was coming home from work and the new engine that was just put in went completely out... Once again I had to pay 150.00 to get a towe truck to come and get my car and take it to my mechanic AGAIN!! My car has been at the mechanics since last Saturday and I just lost my SECOND JOB because once again I have no way to get back and forth to work. The warranty company refuses to pay for a second engine and says that it's up to the company who sent my mechanic the engine. However, the company who sent my mechanic the new engine was hired by my warranty company. So now I guess it's a waiting game on whose going to pay for a second engine. My mechanic is saying the engine was faulty...I have no money and cannot even buy food for my kids. My utilities are about to be shut off because I have no money to pay them. I don't know what I'm going to do about finding a third job or even when I can find a third job because I have no car. I've called Dons Auto Sales about my situation, but they ccould care less. To beat it all I was just going to try and sale the Lemon, but when I called to get my pay off amount it was ove 13,000.00 dollars...I guess my interest is 50 percent......DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM PLEASE... IT'S BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND HAS PUT ME IN A MESS....I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH...

They worked with me in every way possible. Great people and I'm very satisfied.
