I am very happy with Walgreen location in Guilford. Helpful, friendly, accommodating. Problem solving and dealing with the clinic so all my RX are getting script refill from my doctor. If a miss I am being contacted

My experience this week at the Guilford Walgreens was that Kerrie G. went above and beyond and then some in regards to customer service. To Walgreens area managers take notice of this young lady because she is one you should be promoting through the corporate chain.

I dropped my disposable camera off at this Walgreens on July 19th, I went back a week later because that’s how long they are supposed to take to come back, and the guy told me to come back on Saturday. I came back the day after (Sunday) and they couldn’t find my pictures. Well that’s because my camera was sitting in a box that no one mailed out a week and a half after I dropped it off. Instead of taking it to Walmart which I should of in the first place, I had them send it out the following day on Monday. I know they can’t help how long it takes to come back to the store but it didn’t arrive until August 7th. Nearly three weeks after I initially dropped the camera off. When asked for a discount I believe the manager misunderstood me and what I was trying to say what the problem was. However, I didn’t feel as a customer I was listened to.

Do not do western union business here... they claim not to have money in the store available to cover a $300 transaction(for three days in a row)... and when trying to figure out what can be done they are condescending and rude... I repeat DO NOT TRY TO DO WESTERN UNION HERE
